Ishigaki Island Festival is the largest festival in Ishigaki. There will be lots of live performances featuring local bands, a parade and fireworks at the end of the festival. Also, lots of yummy festival food carts!

SATURDAY, 5th

15:00-16:15 – “No Limit Party” with popular characters from Universal Studios Japan
17:00 – Live performances in Shinei park
SUNDAY, 6th
11:00-14:30 – The parade starts from Arakawa Elementary School and finishes at Hotel Cucule.
15:00 – Festival area opens
17:00 – Live performances in Shinei park. One of the bands performing is BEGIN which is a local band incredibly popular in Okinawa.
21:00 – Fireworks
